About Annie
Annie’s story starts on a doorstep during a rainstorm, where her mother brought her and her litter for shelter. She arrived with five siblings — Molly, Maddie, Maple, Matilda, and Dolly — and started out as the most cautious of the bunch. These days, she’s often the first one to come say hello.
Annie takes her toy collection seriously. String, feathers, jingly mice, and a battery-powered butterfly toy are all fair game, and she’ll happily chase any of them across the room. When playtime winds down, she’s just as likely to climb into a lap, ask for head rubs, and settle onto a shoulder for some quality purring.
She’s also a big fan of kisses — when she’s cuddled up, she’ll lick a hand or an arm to show she’s happy. Annie has excellent litter box habits and has never had an accident, though she does have one quirk: she likes to climb up someone’s back during litter box cleanup, so a little redirection goes a long way.
Annie has met both a toy poodle and a husky, and after a brief round of sniffing and posturing, she was headbutting and nuzzling both of them. She’s proof that first impressions don’t always tell the whole story.
Between the toy chasing, the lap time, and the free kisses, Annie is ready to win over her forever family — could that be you?
