Briar and her siblings got their names from the climbing plants you’d find on a lattice, in honor of their amazing mama, Lettie. Lettie was a stray who found shelter underneath a backyard lattice and gave birth to five pups. Luckily our shelter was able to take the family in, and after a little TCL, helped mom and pups leave that tough start behind.
Briar is a playful, cuddly puppy with a big heart and even bigger potential. Like any pup, she’s full of curiosity and loves exploring her world, but she also has a soft side that shines when she’s snuggled up with her people. She’s smart, eager to learn, and ready for a family who can guide her as she grows into the dog she was always meant to be.
