Looking for a kitty soccer player?

(Last Updated On: April 18, 2021)

“My name is Clove, and I was unhappily roaming the streets on my own.  People were being mean to me, but I didn’t give up on humans and begged to come indoors at my rescuers home.  Thank goodness she believed in me and let me come inside!  I’m barely old enough to not be considered a kitten, but I haven’t left my kitten energy and desires behind.  I’m very active and need a lot of stimulation so I’d do well in an active household with older kids. I love to play and always look forward to catnip time.  A tennis ball is great for kicking and chasing, so I end up playing soccer all around the house… I’m quite the kitty soccer player!

There’s a resident kitty in my foster home who I’d really like to play with, but who doesn’t appreciate my “play” ethic.  It would be great if my new family already has a kitty who would play with me.  I’m terribly happy to be around humans and will be your shadow as much as you’ll let me; I’ll be happy to chat with you while we wander through the house. When I take time out from playing or shadowing, I enjoy sitting in the window watching the squirrels and bunnies; you have to be on your toes, though because I sometimes try to dash out the door if I see something interesting on the other side of the glass!  I’m not much of snuggler, but I’ll let you carry me around for a short time; I hope that doesn’t knock me off your list.  I’m such a cool kitty, I don’t think I’ll be around for long so please hurry and take me home with you….GOAL”!!
