The heart is a lonely Hunter…

Hunter has a lonely heart and is seeking to build a bridge of trust and companionship to another soul. Hunter was surrendered to a high kill shelter when their child became allergic to Hunter. Luckily for Hunter, Friends For Life sprung him from that shelter, saving his life.

While his first interactions with new friends can be tentative, he soon relaxes and approaches for some strokes down the back (his favorite way to be petted). Hunter loves dry food and treats, so training Hunter should be a piece of cake! He’s already scoring high marks in litter box (A+) and independence- he is happy to be the only cat and isn’t particularly “needy”, but appreciates some one on one human time.

While Friends For Life is an island of compassion and caring in a world filled with busy, apathetic humans, even the best, most attentive shelter environment can be a lonely one for a cat like Hunter. After all, it’s still a shelter. Won’t you consider extending a bridge of companionship to Hunter?
