About Jayva
Jayva’s story is one of courage, resilience, and the transformative power of kindness. Found by our shelter’s Behavior Manager and her children, Jayva was a beloved neighborhood dog who greeted them each day with full body tail wags and gentle eyes. When she suddenly disappeared, they discovered she’d given birth and was taken to a crowded county shelter, where she and her fragile newborns faced an uncertain future.
Thanks to the determination of the kids who loved her, Jayva and her puppies were fostered safely, showered with warmth and comfort. Now, Jayva is ready for the next chapter of her life—a forever home where she can be loved as deeply as she loves others.
