Adventure is my middle name!
“Hi, my name is Koby. I am one of the most social, outgoing, most brave boy you’ll ever come by. I was rescued from another shelter after having no luck getting adopted due to my FIV status. I don’t know it’s such a big deal, I am in perfect health!
Like I said, I love adventure. I can climb anything, out sprint any cat and squeeze in just about any spot. I’m not all adventure, I take plenty of time to stop and smell the roses. I love to lounge and cuddle with my people. I am extremely talkative; I will let you know when I want your attention. I have met kids and I love them! They definitely match my energy level. Since I am incredibly gentle and have never once nipped, you don’t have to worry about me playing too rough with the kids. Now care on the other hand, I don’t mind them, but sometimes I can be too much and they mind me! I have co-existed with a dog and done just fine. If you are looking for a shadow to follow you around the house and help with chores, look no further. I will even wake up from a dead sleep if I know that you are coming around and need attention!
From Koby’s foster:
He is a wonderful cat, the first day he was very needy and vocal, following me everywhere not really staying still anywhere. That first night he slept on my pillow.
That all changed he next day. He spent all day exploring the house, he started playing with his toys and my son’s toys that he would find around. He became more independent and less vocal. The second night he slept mostly in this new bed I got for him, looks like a little cave, and even his breathing was less noisy.
He loves to sit next to every window and watch outside. He takes naps on his old bed and runs around the house chasing balls and little toys.
He only needed 1 day to get used to us and the house and now he is very independent but still loves to cuddle and will sit on my lap and nap. When I have to go out I leave him in my room and I don’t hear him complain at all. I always find him napping or looking out the window.
