About Dusty
Dusty is a sensitive, thoughtful cat who needs a little time to feel safe, but once he does, his gentle side shines through. After his owner passed away, Dusty experienced a lot of change in a short period of time. While he is relatively friendly, he prefers to build trust slowly and on his own terms.
Dusty would do best in a patient, understanding home where visitors are limited at first and introductions are slow. He’s the kind of cat who asks you to earn his trust, but once you do, the bond is meaningful and rewarding. For the right adopter willing to give him time and space, Dusty has the potential to become a loyal and affectionate companion.
