About Charlie
Charlie’s story begins with heartbreak, but it doesn’t end there. She was found abandoned tied to a light pole, and when the car drove away, she slipped out of her rope and ran after it, trying her best to catch up. Thankfully, a compassionate foster stepped in, giving Charlie the safety and love she’d been searching for.
These days, Charlie is focused on the future, and it’s full of joy. She’s playful, happy, and loves to run, chase toys, and make the most of every day. She shares her foster home with both dogs and cats and gets along wonderfully with everyone, proving that her heart is just as big as her smile.
As much as Charlie enjoys playtime, her favorite place is wherever her people are. She’s incredibly affectionate and loves being close, especially when it’s time for a nap. Don’t be surprised if she curls up right against you, leaning her whole body into yours as she snoozes. Being near the people she loves is what makes Charlie feel safe.
After everything she’s been through, Charlie hasn’t stopped believing in people. She’s ready for a forever family who will never make her wonder where she belongs again. In return, she’ll fill your days with laughter, companionship, endless affection, and the sweetest snuggles you could ever ask for.

I'm like velcro and would be near you all the time if I could!

I don’t know what a stranger is. Every human is a friend!

I'm really well-behaved indoors, especially when I've got boundaries.
Kids?
I enjoy the company of kids who are quiet and respectful towards animals.
Dogs?
I've had very limited experience with dogs and, with proper introductions, may be happy living with them.

I can get along with cats, even if it takes some more structured introductions.
