About George James
Meet George James, a dashing gentleman with a soft soul. Born into an outdoor colony, George spent his earliest days surrounded by his mom and siblings. After a few months, he and his younger brother Bailey were rescued by a compassionate foster who opened their home to both boys.
Since then, George has been slowly discovering that humans can be kind, patient, and even comforting. George, true to his thoughtful nature, likes to take his time settling into new surroundings. He may be a bit shy at first, but beneath that cautious exterior is a sweet and observant companion just waiting to feel safe.
One of George’s favorite pastimes is lounging by a sunny window, quietly watching birds and squirrels go about their day — his own version of cat TV. But don’t let his calm demeanor fool you — he has a playful streak too! Bring out a string toy, and you’ll see his inner kitten shine as he happily pounces and chases.
George is looking for a patient, understanding forever home where he can continue to build his confidence at his own pace. He would absolutely love to be adopted alongside his brother Bailey, as the two help each other feel secure. If you’re willing to give a little time and a lot of love, George James will reward you with quiet companionship and the joy of watching a shy cat truly blossom. 🐾
