Now the odds are in her favor!

(Last Updated On: September 14, 2020)

She was a single mother struggling to survive. The choice was between living in a hot garage in the middle of summer or being sent to death row at a traditional shelter. Her rescuer knew that was no choice at all.

She called Friends For Life for help where is no death row but there are lots of creative, life-affirming solutions for cats like June.

June was a good mom to her kittens. But as soon as they were weaned, she was ready to live the comfortable life of an indoor cat. Her dedicated foster showered her with TLC and showed her the possibilities.

Now June enjoys lounging in a warm plush bed. Her belly will never again be empty. And, she knows that she is loved.

June is friendly and social. She is not hyper, but she likes exploring the house. She appreciates a cuddle and being petted and held.

June’s foster says that she would do well in a home with other pets – including cats or dogs. She can also live with children.

Have you ever overcome odds that seemed insurmountable? Have you ever struggled but found help when you least expected it?

Perhaps you are the happy ending that June’s story needs – her forever home.
