Meet Onyx — a gentle soul with a heart as soft as his beautiful stripped coat. Onyx came into foster care under difficult circumstances. His previous owner made the brave decision to leave an abusive relationship and sought help to ensure he would be safe. Since then, he’s been patiently waiting for a fresh start and a place to truly call home.
This sweet boy settled into foster care with ease, and while he proved to be friendly and adaptable, one of the resident cats didn’t quite return the favor. Despite that mismatch, Onyx has shown that he gets along wonderfully with other cats and even dogs, making him a great fit for many types of households.
Onyx is the definition of a calm, affectionate companion. He loves being close to his people, happily soaking up attention and returning it with the coziest snuggles. If you’re a fan of biscuits, you’re in luck—Onyx is a master baker and will proudly show off his skills during cuddle time.
