Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) Request Form

  • Please fill out the form below if you are interested in seeking trap-neuter-return (TNR) services for any outdoor/free-roaming cats.
    • Completing this form will allow us to begin to gather the information we need to determine what level of assistance you need and in what ways Fix Houston™ can help you.
    • We recommend that you contact other organizations in addition to Fix Houston as there are some groups in Houston providing similar services. Together, we can often bring different aspects of services to the table.
